摘 要:针对传统矩阵算法故障判定规格化处理计算量大,母线区域及负荷出线区域故障定位准确率低等问题,提出了一种基于图论及改进矩阵算法的配电网故障定位新方法。该方法首先依据IED装置采集到的故障信息分量准确判别故障发生区域。若判定为母线故障或负荷出线故障,则由IED装置直接下达跳闸命令。若判断为线路区域故障,则由集中保护装置依据图论及改进矩阵算法,利用文中首创的减法判据精确定位故障线路。算例仿真表明,该方法能快速、有效的定位故障区域且同时适用于IED上传信息不完备情况下的故障定位。Aimed at the problems such as the large amount of calculation in the normalized process of fault judgment in traditional matrix algorithm and the low fault location accuracy in busbar area and load outlet line area,a new distribution network fault location method based on graph theory and improved matrix algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the method accurately judge the fault area based on the fault component information collected by the intelligent electronic devices(IED).If it is judged as a bus fault or a load outlet line fault,the trip command will be issued directly by the IED devices.If it is judged as a line area fault,the centralized protection device will use the subtraction criterion created in the paper to locate accurately the fault line based on graph theory and improved matrix algorithm.Simulation example shows that the method not only can locate the fault area quickly and effectively but also is suitable for the fault location in the case of incomplete information uploaded by IEDs.
