摘　　要：在文章的分析中,主要针对中国石油与A、B这两家国际石油公司开展的合作项目为例,对国际石油公司采办管理实践进行了分析,探讨了不同公司在开展合作的过程中选择的两种不同的采办管理工作模式,指出了各个模式在使用中各自的特征和优势。并从这两种模式出发,对当下国家石油公司采办管理的理论以及实践行为进行详细的分析,提出了可以通过多合同的模式有效的提升服务质量的建议。In the analysis of this paper,taking the cooperation projects between PetroChina and two international oil companies,a and B,as an example,this paper analyzes the procurement management practice of international oil companies,discusses two different procurement management modes selected by different companies in the process of cooperation,and points out the characteristics and advantages of each mode in use.Starting from these two modes,this paper analyzes the theory and practice of procurement management of National Petroleum Company in detail,and puts forward some suggestions to effectively improve service quality through multi contract mode.
