摘　　要：利用Solid Works软件自带的有限元分析功能,模拟滚筒软化锅承压汽室的耐压实验,计算双管板在耐压状况下的应力分布,分析管板上各处应力状况下的应变量。为后续管板结构改进提供了数据基础,同时为声发射检测提供加压参考数据。To analyze the strain on the tubesheet under the stress condition,this paper uses the finite element analysis function of Solid W orks software to simulate pressure test of cylinder softening pressure chamber of boiler and calculate the stress distribution of double tubesheet under pressure condition.It provides data basis for the subsequent improvement of tubesheet structure and provides reference data for acoustic emission testing.
