摘　　要：作为学生思想政治教育工作主要的参与人员,辅导员应借助于多媒体时代对自身的思想政治教育工作进行创新,从而帮助学生解决其在生活以及学习方面存在的诸多问题,形成正确的价值取向与道德观念。本文就针对新媒体时代下,高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作进行分析,并为其创新发展提供相关的建议。As the main participants in the ideological and political education of students,counselors should innovate their own ideological and political education with the help of multimedia era,so as to help students solve many problems in life and learning,and form correct value orientation and moral concept.This paper analyzes the ideological and political education work of college counselors in the new media era,and provides relevant suggestions for their innovative development.
