心理育人视角下帮扶家庭经济困难大学生“心理脱贫”个案研究

摘　　要：当前,不少家庭经济困难大学生面临着一些共性的心理问题,成为家贫、心贫的"双困生",但高校对困难学生的心理扶贫的力度远落后于物质扶贫。本文从心理育人视角出发,以大学生小杨为例,探讨高校辅导员从突破有限理性、增强心理弹性、提升自我效能感等方面,帮扶家庭经济困难大学生"心理脱贫"的有效策略。At present,many college students with financial difficulties face some common psychological problems,and they have become"double poor students"with financial and psychological difficulties.However,the strength of psychological support for students is far behind that of material assistance.From the perspective of mental health education,taking college student Xiao Yang as an example,this paper discusses the effective strategies for college counselors to help students with financial difficulties to get out of psychological poverty from the aspects of break through the limited rationality,enhance the resilience of psychology and enhance the self-efficacy.
