摘　　要：高校毕业生流动党员管理是基层党建工作的重要任务,也是基层党建工作的难点。解决这一难点的关键对策在于完善制度,创新并运用多种有效的管理办法。新时代管理高校毕业生流动党员的对策主要有完善管理制度、加强分类管理和强化高校党组织与社会的联动等。The management of graduate floating Party members in China is an important yet difficult task in building the Party’s grass-root level organizations. The key to the issue is to improve the management system,innovate and utilize a variety of effective management methods. In the new era,the solutions to the management of the graduate floating Party members are mainly as follow: to improve the management system,to implement differentiated management,to enhance the coordination and inter-connection between Party organizations in colleges and in society.
