阿坝州某卫生学校一年级学生患龋情况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查阿坝州学生患龋现状和影响因素,为当地开展口腔卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法分层整群抽取阿坝州某卫校一年级学生共224名,对其患龋情况进行现场口腔健康检查,并对其家庭环境、饮食习惯和口腔卫生保健习惯进行问卷调查。结果一年级学生患龋率为50.89%,龋均(1.50±2.09),龋齿充填率为6.53%。纳入的男生90人,女生134人,不同性别学生患龋率、充填率和龋均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。纳入藏族152人,羌族43人,汉族20人,回族7人,彝族2人,不同民族新生龋均、患龋率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食用糖果的频率、每天刷牙次数、睡前刷牙后进食情况不同的学生患龋率、龋均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿坝州学生患龋率高,口腔卫生意识较差,需要加强对龋病和口腔健康知识的宣传,倡导健康的饮食习惯、口腔护理习惯和就医习惯。Objective To investigate the status of dental caries and influencing factors in Aba Prefecture,so as to provide the evidence for carrying out the oral health care for students.Methods A total of 224 first-year students from a health school in Aba Prefecture were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method and they were examined for their caries status.Their family environment,dietary habits and oral health care habits were investigated by questionnaires.Results The prevalence of dental caries was 50.89%.The average dental caries rate was(1.50±2.09).The filling rate of dental caries was 6.53%.There was no significant difference between the male(n=90)and the female(n=134).Among different ethnic groups,including Zang(n=152),Qiang(n=43),Han(n=20),Hui(n=7),and Yi(n=2),there were statistically significant differences in the caries rate and average caries rate(both P<0.05).The frequency of eating candy,the number of brushing teeth every day,and the eating situation after brushing teeth before going to bed had significant differences in the caries rate and average caries rate among the subgroups(all P<0.05).Conclusion rate and poor attention of oral health.So it is necessary to strengthen the health education of caries and oral health knowledge,and advocate healthy eating habits,oral care habits,and medical treatment habits.
