摘  要:目的:研究上颌前方牵引联合快速扩弓对替牙晚期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者颊旁间隙的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2018年6月笔者医院收治的30例替牙晚期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者为研究对象,采取随机数字法分组,对照组(15例)采取上颌前方牵引治疗,观察组(15例)在对照组基础上联合快速扩弓治疗,观测患者颊旁间隙和牙弓宽度水平,同时记录患者的治疗总有效率及颊旁间隙增大的复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组颊旁间隙面积比明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率,上颌的尖牙宽度、第一前磨牙宽度、第二前磨牙宽度以及第一磨牙宽度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上颌前方联合快速扩弓矫治替牙晚期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的疗效较好,可以有效扩大其牙弓宽度,减小颊旁间隙。Objective To study the effect of maxillary anterior traction combined with rapid arch expansion on the buccal Corridor area of patients with typeⅢmalocclusion.Methods 30 cases of osseous typeⅢmalocclusion were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018.The control group(15 cases)was treated with maxillary anterior traction.Results After treatment,the area ratio of buccal space in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group control group,the total effective rate of treatment and the maxillary canine width,the width of the first premolar,the width of the second premolar and the width of the first molar were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anterior maxillary combined with rapid arch expansion is effective in the treatment of advanced typeⅢmalocclusion,which can enlarge the arch width and reduce the buccal space.
