摘  要:目的:探究四甲基硅烷(TMS)与苯等离子体连续沉积对树脂与牙科氧化锆陶瓷粘接的粘接强度的影响。方法:将55个氧化锆陶瓷片随机分为TMS组、苯等离子体组、TMS^(+)苯等离子体组、氧化锆涂底剂(ZPP)组及对照组,每组11个氧化锆陶瓷片。按照分组给予不同的氧化锆表面处理,采用X射线光电子能谱分析仪观察各组表面化学元素含量及种类,采用透射电子显微镜观察TMS^(+)苯等离子体组表面涂层结构,采用剪切粘接强度试验观察给予不同表面处理后各组粘接强度及断裂模式。结果:TMS组、苯等离子体组、TMS^(+)苯等离子体组、ZPP组碳原子含量及碳氧比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。透射电镜图像显示TMS^(+)苯等离子体组经过TMS与苯的连续等离子体沉积后,在二氧化锆(ZrO_(2))层上观察到有明显的两个紧密结合涂层。TMS组、苯等离子体组、TMS^(+)苯等离子体组、ZPP组粘接强度均高于对照组(P<0.05);TMS^(+)苯等离子体组粘接强度均高于TMS组、苯等离子体组、ZPP组(P<0.05)。各组均无内聚断裂,混合断裂占比最高的为TMS^(+)苯等离子体组,为100.00%。结论:采用TMS与苯等离子体连续沉积可明显提高复合树脂与氧化锆陶瓷之间的粘接强度。Objective To investigate the effect of plasma deposition of tetramethylsilane(TMS)and benzene on resin bonding to dental zirconia ceramic.Methods A total of 55 zirconia specimens were randomly divided into five groups for different treatments,TMS group,benzene plasma deposition group,TMS^(+)benzene plasma deposition group,zirconia primer plus(ZPP)group and control group,each with 11 specimens.The surface chemical compositions were characterized via X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The surface coating structure of TMS^(+)benzene plasma group was observed by transmission electron microscope.Shear bond-strength test was used to observe the bonding strength and fracture mode of each group after different treatments.Results The carbon atom content and carbon-oxygen ratio of TMS group,benzene plasma deposition group,TMS^(+)benzene plasma deposition group and ZPP group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).X-ray spectroscopy showed that two layers on ZrO_(2) were formed through sequential deposition with TMS and benzene.The bond strength of TMS group,benzene plasma deposition group,TMS^(+)benzene plasma deposition group and ZPP group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The bond strength of TMS^(+)benzene plasma deposition group was significantly higher than that in TMS group,benzene plasma deposition group and ZPP group(P<0.05).There were no cohesive fractures in each group,and the highest proportion of mixed fractures was 100.00%in the TMS^(+)benzene plasma deposition group.Conclusion Application of plasma deposition of TMS and benzene can significantly promote the resin bonding to dental zirconia ceramic.
