摘　　要：遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病(Hereditary gingival fibromatosis,HGF),又名先天性家族性纤维瘤病(Congenital familial fibromatosis)或特发性龈纤维瘤病(Idiopathic fibromatosis),发病机制和临床表现较为复杂,属于基因遗传性疾病。HGF表现为牙龈增生严重,通常波及全口,可同时累及附着龈、边缘龈和牙间乳头,唇舌侧牙龈均可发生,且覆盖牙面2/3以上,以致影响美观和咀嚼,甚至妨碍恒牙萌出。因此,及早诊断和治疗显得尤为重要。其诊断主要依据病理报告,治疗主要通过菌斑控制和手术治疗。本文将对1例遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病进行报道,来介绍该病的临床症状、治疗过程及病理特征,并对其病因、病理及治疗展开讨论。Hereditary gingival fibromatosis(HGF)is known as congenital familial fibromatosis or idiopathic gingival fibromatosis,of which etiology and pathogenesis are not clearly understood.HGF is a genetic disease,and it is characterized by severe gingival hyperplasia,which usually affects the whole mouth.Gingival fibromatosis can occur in both labial and lingual gingiva,moreover,the attachment gingiva,marginal gingiva and interdental papilla could also be involved.Hyperplastic gums usually cover more than two-thirds of the tooth surface,affecting aesthetics and chewing,even preventing eruption of permanent teeth.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment is particularly important for HGF.Diagnosis of HGF is mainly based on pathological reports,and the main treatment methods of HGF are plaque control and surgical treatment.A case of HGF was reported in present study to introduce the clinical symptoms,treatment and pathological features of HGF.The literature on the subject is reviewed,and pathogenesis and treatment are also discussed.
