摘 要:目的:探究宫颈癌患者miR指标与细胞凋亡促进因子、抑制因子表达的关系。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年7月本院收治的60例宫颈癌患者作为观察组,同时期60例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组。检测与比较两组组织miR指标(miR-19a、miR-34a)与细胞凋亡促进因子(Bax、caspase-3及caspase-7)、抑制因子(Bcl-2、Fas及FasL),并比较观察组不同分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移情况患者的检测结果,采用Pearson相关性分析miR指标与上述细胞凋亡促进因子、抑制因子的关系。结果:观察组组织miR-19a、细胞凋亡抑制因子均显著高于对照组,组织miR-34a、细胞凋亡促进因子均显著低于对照组,观察组不同分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移情况患者检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),Pearson相关性分析显示,宫颈癌组织miR-19a与细胞凋亡抑制因子呈正相关,与细胞凋亡促进因子呈负相关(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织miR-34a与细胞凋亡抑制因子呈负相关,与细胞凋亡促进因子呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者组织miR指标与细胞凋亡促进因子、抑制因子均呈现异常表达的状态,且其之间有密切的关系,因此在宫颈癌患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between miR indexes and expression of apoptosis promoting factors,inhibiting factors of patients with cervical cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer from June 2019 to July 2020 were chosen as the observation group,60 patients with hysteromyoma at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the tissue miR indexes(miR-19a and miR-34a)and apoptosis promoting factors(Bax,caspase-3 and caspase-7),inhibiting factors(Bcl-2,Fas and FasL)of two groups were compared,and the detection results of the observation group with different stages,pathological grades and lymph node metastasis situation were compared,then the correlation between miR indexes and those apoptosis promoting factors,inhibiting factors were analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis.Result:The tissue miR-19a and apoptosis inhibiting factors of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the tissuemiR-34a and apoptosis promoting factors were significantly lower than those of the control group,the detection results of the observation group with different stages,pathological grades and lymph node metastasis situation were compared,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.001),Pearson correlation analysis showed cervical cancer tissue miR-19a were positively correlated with apoptosis inhibiting factors and negatively correlated with apoptosis promoting factors(P<0.05),the cervical cancer tissue miR-34a were negatively correlated with apoptosis inhibiting factors and positively correlated with apoptosis promoting factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tissue miR indexes and apoptosis promoting factors,inhibiting factors of patients with cervical cancer show abnormal expression state,and they have close correlation,so their detection value in the patients with cervical cancer are higher.
