创业者的过度自信影响新创企业绩效吗?——基于创业能力中介效应的视角

摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,通过构建创业者的过度自信、新创企业绩效和创业能力的理论模型,基于问卷调查回收的270份有效数据,实证分析了创业者的过度自信是否对新创企业绩效存在影响以及存在何种影响。实证结果表明:创业者的过度自信会影响新创企业绩效,并且是显著的正向影响;创业能力,其中包括机会识别与开发能力、技术创新能力和管理相关能力,与新创企业绩效呈正相关关系;创业者过度自信与创业能力具有正向关系,并且创业能力在过度自信与新创企业绩效关系中发挥部分中介作用。该研究结论有助于进一步认识创业者的过度自信和创业能力在新创企业中发挥的作用,对于使用合理的措施提升新创企业绩效具有一定的指导意义。On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a theoretical model of entrepreneurs′overconfidence,startups performance and entrepreneurial ability,and empirically analyzes whether entrepreneurs′overconfidence has an impact on startups performance and what kind of impact it has based on 270 valid data collected from the questionnaire survey.The empirical results show that:entrepreneur′s overconfidence will affect the performance of startups,and it is a significant positive impact;entrepreneurial ability,including opportunity identification and development ability,technological innovation ability and management related ability,has a positive correlation with the performance of new ventures;entrepreneur′s overconfidence has a positive relationship with entrepreneurial ability,and entrepreneurial ability has a positive correlation between overconfidence and startups.It plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship of enterprise performance.The conclusion of this study helps to further understand the role of entrepreneurs′overconfidence and entrepreneurial ability in startups,and has certain guiding significance for the use of reasonable measures to improve the performance of startups.
