摘  要:班主任每接手一个新的班级,首先需要和班干部成员沟通,通过班干部了解班级的实际情况,掌握学生的思想动态,了解学生的学习风气、行为习惯等。尽可能以最快的速度了解班级中的每一位成员,以便尽快地投入班级管理当中,有效地加强班级管理。优良的班级风气能够保证学生的学习风气有序进行,能够调动每一位学生的学习积极性,能够调动每一位学生积极地参与到班级管理中。Every time a class teacher takes over a new class,he first needs to communicate with the class leaders,through the class leaders to understand the actual situation of the class,grasp the students'thought dynamics,and understand the students'learning atmosphere and behavior habits.Try to understand every member of the class as quickly as possible,so that you can invest in class management as soon as possible,and effectively strengthen class management.A good class atmosphere can ensure the orderly progress of the students’learning atmosphere,mobilize the enthusiasm of each student,and mobilize each student to actively participate in class management.
