摘  要:主要研究降低中药萃余液粘度和乳酸细菌发酵制备饲料添加剂工艺方法。比较3种预处理剂(预处理剂A、B和C)对萃余液粘度降低效果,在35℃保温条件下,预处理剂B和C效果最好,等比例混合处理后粘度下降到1000 m Pa·s左右,流动性好。处理后的萃余液经植物乳杆菌发酵产生大量酸类物质,乳酸含量达到111 mmol/g以上,作为饲料添加剂具有中药和微生物制剂双重特性。This study was conducted to research the process of reducing the viscosity of traditional Chinese medicine raffinate and fermenting by lactic acid bacteria as feed additives.Pretreatment reagents B and C were relatively obvious among three reagents(A,B and C)in reducing the viscosity of traditional Chinese medicine raffinate.Under the condition of 35℃,the viscosity of raffinate significantly decreased to 1000 mPa·s with better fluidity,when B and C mixed equally.The treated raffinate was fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum,with producing a large amount of acids,especially lactic acid more than 111 mmol/g.The fermented raffinate has the double advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and microbial preparation as a feed additive.
