摘 要:运用XUD-9法来探究聚烯胺清净单剂、聚醚胺清净单剂以及聚烯胺与聚醚胺复合清净剂的清净效果,并探究聚烯胺与聚醚胺的最佳复合比例.试验结果表明,聚烯胺清净剂的清净效果相比于聚醚胺清净剂的清净效果更好一些,复合清净剂的清净效果要明显优于清净单剂的清净效果,聚烯胺∶聚醚胺比例为3∶1的复合型柴油清净剂的喷嘴空气流量损失最小,清净效果最好.通过台架试验来对比加入最佳配比组分清净剂与不加入清净剂前后尾气排放中污染物的变化,试验结果表明,尾气中颗粒质量浓度、HC排放体积分数、CO排放体积分数都有明显的降低,颗粒物质量浓度平均下降18%,HC排放体积分数平均下降18%,CO排放体积分数平均下降25%,但NOx排放无明显变化.最后通过实车试验来证明该组分复合清净剂的清净效果.Used XUD-9 method to explore the cleaning effect of polyenamine cleaning agent, polyetheramine cleaning agent and polyenamine and polyetheramine compound cleaning agent,explored the optimal compound ratio of polyenamine and polyetheramine. The test results showed that: the cleaning effect of polyenamine detergent was better than that of polyetheramine detergent. The cleaning effect of the compound detergent was significantly better than that of the single agent,polyenamine∶ polyetheramine ratio of 3∶1 composite diesel detergent had the smallest nozzle air flow loss,the cleaning effect was the best. A bench test was used to compare the changes in the concentration of pollutants in exhaust emissions before and after the addition of the detergent with the best proportion of components and without the detergent. The results showed that the particle mass concentration,HC emission concentration,and CO emission concentration in the exhaust gas had been significantly reduced. The mass concentration of particulate matter decreased by an average of 18%,the concentration of HC emissions decreased by an average of 18%,and the concentration of CO emissions decreased by an average of 25%,but the NOxemission concentration did not change significantly. Finally,the actual vehicle test was used to prove the cleaning effect of the compound detergent.
