摘　　要：人工智能给患者带来更准确、更便捷的医疗服务,但也给患者个人信息权带来危机。患者作为一种特殊的群体,其在医疗过程中的敏感信息比其他人具有更容易获取性、更容易侵犯性、损害结果具有严重性的特征。中国现行的法律存在滞后性,不足以保护人工智能时代的患者信息权,为了更好地保护患者个人信息权应公法私法共同努力,完善和细化患者个人信息保护的具体制度,才能更好地应对人工智能引发的患者个人信息危机。Artificial intelligence brings more accurate and convenient medical services to patients,and also brings crisis to patients'personal information rights.As a special group,the sensitive information of patients in the medical process is more easily accessible and invasive than other people,and the damage results are characterized by severity.The current law of our country is lagging behind,which are not enough to protect the patient's information right in the era of artificial intelligence.In order to better protect patients'personal information rights,public and private laws should work together to improve and refine the specific system of patients'personal information protection,so as to better deal with the patients'personal information crisis caused by artificial intelligence.
