医患关系类型的建构——基于社会角色理论的研究

摘　　要：当前,医患关系相对紧张,社会大众却过分强调医方角色偏差而忽视了患方的角色表现,重建医患关系类型对于正确认识医患关系、化解医患矛盾至关重要。利用内蒙古自治区B市W机构关于医疗卫生行业规范的调查数据,从医患双方不同的视角,分析了医患关系紧张的影响因素。以社会角色理论为理论基础,从医方的“公益性”角色和患方的“理性”角色出发,将医患关系划分为和谐型、改良型和紧张型三种类型。为了更有效地改善医患关系,促进医疗卫生服务行业的良性发展,提出建议:全面取消“以药补医”模式,推行“患方明细单”;定期考核医务人员综合素质及医治水平;媒体秉持着客观公正的态度,如实地反映客观事实;患者积极获取相关医用知识并参与诊治过程。Currently,the doctor-patient relationship is becoming increasingly tense.The public overemphasizes the role deviation of doctor and neglects the role performance of patient.Rebuilding the doctor-patient relationship type is crucial to correctly understand the doctor-patient relationship and resolve the contradiction between doctor and patient.Using the survey data of medical and health industry norms in B city W institution of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the tense relationship between the doctors and patients from the view of doctor and patients specifically.Based on the theory of social role,the doctor-patient relationship is divided into three types:harmonious and improved and tense type from the perspective of public welfare role of medical and rational role of patient.In order to improve the doctor-patient relationship more effectively and promote the benign development of the medical and health service industry,the following suggestions are put forward:completely abolish the model of supporting medical treatment with drugs,implement the“detailed list of the patients”;assess the comprehensive quality and treatment level of medical staff regularly;the media holds an objective and fair attitude and faithfully reflects the objective facts.Patients actively acquire relevant medical knowledge and participate in the diagnosis and treatment process.
