摘　　要：“二战”之后的70年间,日本制定了一系列国家语言战略。这一过程中,国语审议会(文化审议会国语分科会)发挥了主导作用,成为审议和制定国家语言政策的中心。日本国际交流基金会、日本语教育振兴协会等参与了语言战略的贯彻实施。这些机构职责各异,互相配合,共同构建了日本语言战略的整体框架。本文按时间顺序以及工作性质,介绍战后70年日本国家语言战略的概况,并简要分析其特点。In the past 70 years after the World War ll,Japan has taken a series of significant national lan-guage planning actions.The Japanese Language Council or Council for Cultural Affairs plays a leading role inexamining and establishing the relevant language policies.The institutions such as The Japan Foundation,Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education are also involved in the implementation of thelanguage policies,All of these institutions cooperate with each other,buildling up the network of the languageplanning of Japan,This paper introduces the work of the Japanese national language planning in the past 70years in chronological order,and in different categories according to the nature of the work.
