摘 要:针对采用陶瓷轴承的五相开绕组永磁容错电机,开展一相开路故障下的容错控制策略研究。首先建立电机的数学模型。然后在没有相电流和为零的约束下推导容错电流指令,实现故障前后转矩脉动一致。进而提出了一种零序空间开环容错控制策略。该容错控制策略中,降阶解耦矩阵不会随故障相位置不同而改变。接着分析相电流幅值随三次谐波电流注入率增加的变化规律,确定使得相电流幅值最小的注入率。最终通过仿真进行验证,仿真结果表明,采用零序空间开环容错控制策略可以在一相开路故障下得到与无故障情况下相同的转矩脉动,验证了所提出的容错控制策略的有效性。此外,在相同转矩下以0.249为注入率注入三次谐波电流,可以将一相开路故障下的相电流峰值降低18.6%。The fault-tolerant control strategy of a five-phase open-winding permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor with a ceramic bearing under one-phase open-circuit fault is studied.Firstly,the mathematical model of the motor is established.Then,the fault-tolerant current command is derived without phase current and zero constraint,which can achieve consistent torque ripple before and after the fault.Furthermore,a zero-sequence space open-loop fault tolerant control strategy whose reduced-order decoupling matrix does not change with the position of the fault phase is proposed.Then,the change law of the phase current amplitude with the increase of the third harmonic current injection is analyzed,and the injection rate that minimizes the amplitude of the phase current is determined.Finally,the simulation model is built to verify the fault-tolerant control strategy.The simulation results show that the zero-sequence space open-loop fault-tolerant control strategy can get the same torque pulsation under the one-phase fault as in the no-fault condition.Moreover,injecting the third harmonic current at the injection rate of 0.249 under the same torque can reduce the peak phase current of one-phase open-circuit fault by 18.6%.
