参苓白术散加味治疗老年肺癌患者癌痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术散加味治疗老年肺癌患者癌性疼痛的疗效。方法选择2016年1月-2018年12月于福建省肿瘤医院中西医结合科住院的老年肺癌合并癌痛症状的患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用参苓白术散加味联合三阶梯止痛治疗,对照组采用三阶梯止痛治疗。观察并比较2组的镇痛效果、达到理想镇痛时日所需止痛药物剂量及生存质量。结果观察组止痛效果总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组生活质量的改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组达到理想止痛效果所需奥施康定剂量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参苓白术散加味联合三阶梯止痛治疗老年肺癌癌痛患者,能有效缓解癌痛,减少止痛药物用量,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of modified Shenling Baizhu powder on cancer pain in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with lung cancer complicated with cancer pain admitted to the De-partment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Cancer Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2016 to.December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with the three steps analgesic treatment,and the control group was treated with single three steps-analgesic treatment.The analgesic effect,,the dosage of analgesic drugs needed to achieve the ideal analgesia and the life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesic effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(86.7%vs 53.3%,P<0.01).The improvement rate of life quality of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(88.3%vs 61.6%,P<0.01).The dosage of oxycontin needed to achieve the ideal analgesia of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with three steps analgesic can effectively alleviate cancer pain,reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs and im-prove the life quality of elderly patients with lung cancer.
