摘  要:为探究气缸盖复杂流道内的流动特征,建立了基于激光多普勒流动显示技术的可视化试验平台。其中关键在于建立合理的可视化试验模型。通过引入模块化设计理念,搭建了平台的可视化冷却水试验数字模型;在实现可视化试验功能的基础上,对该数字模型进行了必要的简化,以满足机加工、密封和测量便捷性等要求,为类似复杂流道的可视化试验测量提供了一种建模思路和技术路线。In order to investigate the flow characteristics in the complex flow channel of cylinder head, a visual test platform based on LDA flow visualization technology is established. The key is to establish a reasonable model for visualization test. According to the concept of Modular design, a visual digital model of cooling water channel is built. For fulfilling the visual flow test, the digital model is simplified to meet the requirements of machining, sealing and measuring convenience. This paper provides a modeling method and technical route for visual test measurement of similar complex flow channel.
