摘　　要：目的探讨降压治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中预后的影响,比较早期降压与晚期降压的差异。方法纳入2018-10—2020-08包头医学院第一附属医院神经内科急性脑梗死合并血压升高的患者54例,随机分为早期降压组和晚期降压组,记录2组患者14 d、30 d NIHSS评分和30 d、90 d mRS评分,比较2组预后。结果早期和晚期降压组患者在发病后14 d、30 d NIHSS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。早期和晚期降压组患者在发病后30 d、90 d mRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中急性期降压可能不获益,降压时间的早晚可能对预后无影响。Objective To investigate the effect of antihypertensive therapy on the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke and to compare the difference between early and late antihypertensive therapy.Methods From October 2018 to August 2020,54 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with elevated blood pressure were included in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College.The patients were randomly assigned to the early and late hypotension groups.NIHSS scores at day 14 and 30,and mRS scores at day 30 and 90 were recorded in the two groups to compare the prognosis differences between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in NIHSS score at 14 days and 30 days after onset between the early and late hypotension groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mRS scores at 30 days and 90 days after onset between the early and late hypotension groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute ischemic stroke may not benefit from blood pressure reduction.There is no difference in the prognosis between early blood pressure reduction(within 24-48 hours after onset)and late blood pressure reduction(on the 8th day after onset).
