摘 要:目的探讨3D打印技术辅助下制作手术穿刺导板在脑出血微创穿刺中的应用价值。方法回顾性研究2016-03-2019-06救治的70例脑出血患者临床资料,实验组35例应用3D打印技术制作手术穿刺导板辅助下行血肿穿刺术,对照组35例通过CT引导下行血肿穿刺术。结果术后复查头颅CT显示实验组脑内血肿穿刺精准率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1周复查头颅CT,实验组血肿清除的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术辅助下通过制作手术穿刺导板能够提高脑出血穿刺的精准率及血肿清除率,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To study the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage by using 3D printing technology.Methods Our department were retrospectively analyzed from March 2016 to June 2019,the diagnosis and treatment of 70 cases of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage patients,divided into twogroups,35patients treated with three dimensional printing individualized guide guided puncture for the experimental group,35patients of CT guided for removal of hematoma treated as control group,compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications and clinical curative effect.Results CT after operation,Compared with the control group,the operation accuracy and hematoma clearance rate of the experimental group was significantly high,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Through the comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative data,three dimensional printing individualized guide plate punceure treatment of spontaaeous intracerebral hemorrhage can accurately puncture depeh,reduced operating costs and improve the postoperative curative effect of patients.
