摘　　要：目的探讨多学科护理照顾模式的应用对青少年癫痫患者术后应激、遵医行为、自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法将90例手术治疗青少年癫痫患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组采取多学科护理照顾模式开展护理干预,观察住院全程。比较干预前后两组患者应激指标、遵医行为、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果干预后研究组血清白细胞介素-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),促肾上腺皮质激素、去甲肾上腺素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为良好率、自我护理能力测定量表评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表总分及生理、心理、社会、环境领域评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科护理照顾模式的应用能明显减轻癫痫患者术后应激反应,有效改善其遵医依从性,提高其自我护理能力及生活质量,有利于改善预后。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary nursing care model on postoperative stress,compliance behavior,self-care ability and quality of life of adolescent patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 90 cases of adolescent epilepsy patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given multidisciplinary nursing care model.The whole course of hospitalization was observed.The stress index,compliance behavior,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the level of serum interleukin 6(IL-6)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH)and norepinephrine(NE)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The good compliance rate,the score of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),the total score of the world health organization quality of life-BREF(WHO QOL-BREF)and the scores of physiology,psychology,society and environment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the multidisciplinary nursing care model can significantly reduce the postoperative stress response of patients with epilepsy,effectively improve their compliance with medical treatment,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and help improve the prognosis.
