延续性护理对直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者自护能力及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法将80例直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者按护理方法不同分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理,观察6个月。比较两组护理前后自我护理能力量表及癌症患者生活质量问卷评分,统计造口并发症发生情况。结果护理后观察组自我护理能力量表自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念和健康知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),癌症患者生活质量问卷的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组造口并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能够提高直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口患者的自我护理能力及生活质量,减少造口并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received continuous nursing for 6 months.The exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and quality of life questionnaire-Cancer 30(QLQ-C30)were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of stoma complications was counted.Results The self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge scores of ESCA of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,and social function scores of QLQ-C30 were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of stomal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery,and reduce the occurrence of stoma complications.
