摘　　要：通过坚持不懈的努力,中国世界一流大学建设在可视化成果方面成绩显著,但在无形的文化资本方面仍然薄弱。中国特色世界一流大学的文化建构,就是要瞄准世界一流,凸显中国大学的理想与追求。从共性维度,大学文化建构要以大学理念为先导,坚持“崇尚学术”的核心理念,形成保障学术发展的学者共同体。从个性维度,大学文化建构要以优秀文化传统为根基,厘定中国特色世界一流大学的人文脉络,挖掘校本文化资源,形成中国大学特有的精神风貌。Through unremitting efforts,Chinese universities have made remarkable achievements in visual achievements in building world-class universities;however they are still weak in intangible cultural capital.The Cultural Construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics is to aim at the world-class universities and to highlight the ideals and pursuit of Chinese universities.From the common dimension,the construction of university culture should take the university idea as the guide,adhere to the core idea of“advocating academics”,and form a community of scholars to guarantee academic development.From the dimension of uniqueness,the construction of university culture should take the excellent cultural tradition,determine the humanistic context of the world-class universities with Chinese characteristics,excavate the school-based cultural resources,and highlight the unique spirit of Chinese universities.
