摘  要:目的研究分蘖洋葱的化学成分及其抑菌活性。方法分蘖洋葱95%乙醇提取物采用MCI、Sephadex LH-20、C_(18)和半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。用微量稀释法测定其对番茄枯萎病病原菌生长的影响。结果从中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(2)、diasyringaresinol(3)、色氨酸(4)。化合物1~2对番茄枯萎病病原菌生长具有抑制作用,最低抑制浓度(MIC)分别为25.0、12.5μg/mL。结论化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1~2具有较好的抑菌活性。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Allium cepa L.var.agrogatum Don.and their antifungal activity.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract of A.cepa was isolated and purified by MCI,Sephadex LH-20,C 18 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their antifungal activity against pathogen of tomato Fusarium wilt was evaluated by microdilution technique.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(1),quercetin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside(2),diasyringaresinol(3),tryptophan(4).Compounds 1-2 could inhibit the growth of pathogen of tomato Fusarium wilt,with the MIC values of 25.0,12.5μg/mL,respectively.CONCLUSION Compound 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1-2 have good antifungal activity.
