摘 要:工控领域中工况变化、设施老旧以及维护不及时会导致常规PID控制器的自控性能无法满足要求。为了准确评价并提高常规PID控制器的控制性能,提出基于综合性能评价指标(跟踪指数、稳定指数和精确度指数)的智能PID参数优化方法。采用子空间模型辨识法辨识对象模型,根据对象模型计算控制性能指标并给出综合性能等级。当诊断结果较差时,采用内模控制方法在线优化PID参数,通过调节灵敏度函数和互补灵敏度函数,提升控制器的鲁棒性和跟踪性能。经操作工确认无误后应用到控制器,以提升控制性能。根据所提方法开发控制系统评价与自愈软件。仿真和现场应用证实了该方法的实用性和有效性。In the industrial control,the variation of working conditions and aged facilities and the maintenance behind time may result in the incapability of conventional PID controller.In order to accurately evaluate the controller performance and then improve it,an intelligent PID parameter optimization method based on comprehensive performance index(comparative tracking index,stability index and accuraty)was proposed in this paper.The subspace model identification method was used to identify the object model,including having it based to calculate control performance indexes and present comprehensive performance grade.When the diagnosis results are poor,the internal model control method can be used to optimize the PID parameters online and then through adjusting the sensitivity function and complementary sensitivity function to improve the robustness and tracking performance of the controller.Finally,it’s applied to the controller after confirmed by the operator to improve the control performance.In addition,an evaluation and controller performance evaluation and self-healing(CPES)was developed according to the proposed method.Simulation and industrial application verified both feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed.
