摘　　要：杰弗里·赫夫的《德意志公敌》以纳粹主义意识形态宣传为主题,借助翔实的一手文献档案,特别是尚未被仔细考察的秘密新闻指令、个人日记、墙报等,向我们呈现了纳粹如何将反犹太阴谋意识形态转化为新闻事件的叙述,并以此作为屠杀犹太人的正当理由。在本书中,赫夫教授认为"二战"期间之所以发生反犹大屠杀,是希特勒及其同伙偏执地妄想着国际犹太人是一个既存政治主体。这个群体不但无比强大,而且正与德国交战并意图灭绝德意志民族。为向普通民众灌输这一信念,纳粹宣传家们发动了前所未有之规模的意识形态宣传,进而将德国人民拘禁在巨大的反犹宣传穹顶之下。Jeffrey Herf’s"The Public Enemy of German"took the Nazism ideology propaganda as the theme,with informative first-hand document files,especially secret news orders,personal diaries,wall posters,etc which have not been carefully examined,presented to us how the Nazis translated the anti-Semitic conspiracy ideology into a narrative of news events and used it as a justification for slaughtering Jews.In this book,Professor Herf believes that the anti-Semitic massacre during World War II was Hitler and his associates paranoidly thinking that the international Jews were an existing political subject,this group is not only very powerful,but also is fighting with Germany and intends to destroy the German nation.In order to instill this belief in the general public,Nazi propagandists launched an ideological propaganda barrage of unprecedented scale,and then detained the German people under the huge antiSemitic propaganda.
