摘　　要：民法理念是民法实施的重要信念支撑与价值追求,在依法治国与以德治国相结合的新时代,民法理念是培养具有独立自主判断能力的人格意识的时代新人、强化法律素养、坚定依法治国自信的重要支撑。为更好地开展青少年民法理念培育教育,需要构建科学的教育体系,即以法治观教育为核心,以权利本位教育为重点,以道德观教育为基础,创新法治生态观教育,同时形成重构意识结构、提升认知水平、完善行为模式、规范行为的"四全合一"的培育路径。The concept of civil law is an important belief support and value pursuit for the implementation of civil law.In the new era where the rule of law and the rule of virtue are combined,the concept of civil law is an important support for cultivating new talents of the new era with the ability to make independent judgments,strengthening legal literacy,and increasing the confidence of governing the country according to law.In order to better develop the education of the concept of civil law for young people,it is necessary to build a scientific education system,that is,with the rule of law education being the core,the right-based education being the focus,the moral education being the basis,innovating the education of the ecological concept of the rule of law,reconstructing consciousness structure,enhancing cognitive level,perfecting behavior mode,and regulating the"four all in one"cultivation path are required.
