摘　　要：物探是找油找气的先锋队,是实现资源战略的重要技术保障。随着勘探目标日趋复杂,对物探技术的依赖程度越来越高,物探技术精细化管理势在必行。中国石油集团根据国企特点和物探技术发展需要,参考国际石油公司物探管理模式,强化顶层设计,从物探业务管理入手,开展了技术发展规划、标准体系、质量控制体系、信息化管理、科研攻关管理、人才管理等建设,创建了一套完整的物探技术管理体系与管理流程。面向勘探开发主营业务生产需求,实现油公司和服务公司有机统一。规范物探技术全过程管理,确保以关键技术和技术应用为核心的技术体系发挥应有作用,推进物探技术绿色化发展,物探技术管理向创新型和信息化转型,物探技术应用水平和资料可靠程度大幅提高,优质高效地实现了复杂领域油气勘探突破。Geophysical exploration is the pioneer for oil and gas discover.It is the important technological guarantee for CNPC to carry out the resources strategy,too.Dependence on geophysical technology is higher and higher with the exploration targets becoming increasingly complex.It is inevitable to bring geophysical technology under detailed management.Based on the characteristics of the State-owned enterprise and the demand for geophysical technological development,CNPC took into account the geophysical management model of international oil companies,enhanced the top-level design,and focused the efforts on geophysical business management in the areas of technological development plan,standardization system,quality control system,information management,scientific research management,and talents management.It has established a complete set of geophysical technological management systems and management procedures.Aiming at the demand from the main business of exploration and development,CNPC brought about organic unification of an oil company and an oilfield service company.The full-process management of geophysical technology is standardized to ensure the roles of the technological system centering the key technology and its application,thus promoting green development of geophysical technology and transition of geophysical technological management to the innovation pattern and information pattern.As a result,geophysical technological application and data reliability have been substantially improved with the high-quality and high-efficiency breakthroughs made in oil and gas exploration of the complicated area.
