摘　　要：目的构建符合互联互通五级测评要求的中医院临床决策支持系统。方法基于成熟稳定的集成平台、数据中心、电子病历建立知识图谱与数据,通过特征分析和关联分析完成临床辅助诊断支持与临床辅助诊疗支持,通过深度学习支持临床预警干预。结果 CDSS用一目了然的清晰界面,辅助医生准确、完整、迅速地把握并记录临床过程中各部分的互动关系。同时,提供多项临床决策支持功能,覆盖诊前决策、诊中决策和诊后决策3大应用场景。结论 CDSS将大数据及人工智能技术应用于疾病症状、诊疗规则的分析,有效减少医疗差错发生率的同时,发现病情之间的隐含联系,达到疾病预测的目的。此外,CDSS辅助优化医生诊疗流程、提高诊疗效率。Objective to construct a clinical decision support system based on the five-level evaluation requirements of hospital information interconnection standardization maturity evaluation.Methods based on the mature and stable integration platform,data center and electronic medical record,the knowledge map and data were established,the knowledge base system was formed by statistical model,the clinical auxiliary diagnosis support and clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment support were completed by feature analysis and association analysis,and the clinical early warning intervention was supported by deep learning.Results with a clear in terface,CDSS can assist doctors to accurately,completely and quickly grasp and record the interaction of various parts in the clinical process.At the same time,it provides a number of clinical decision support functions,covering three application scenarios of pre diagnosis decision,in diagnosis decision and post diagnosis decision.Conclusion the application of big data and artificial intelligence technology in the analysis of disease symptoms and diagnosis and treatment rules by CDSS can not only reduce the incidence of errors,but also find the implicit connection between diseases,so as to make disease predictions.In addition,CDSS can assist doctors in optimizing the procedure and improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
