摘　　要：为减少患者充值缴费的非就诊排队时间,降低门诊大厅人流量,减少窗口财务人员工作量,通过构建移动支付体系,实现患者通过移动手机端进行充值缴费,提升了患者就医体验。但在预付费的财务管理模式下,移动支付存在单边账发生率较高,退款程序繁琐等不足,通过采取即收即付财务管理模式,可进一步得到优化。In order to reduce the non-visiting queuing time for patients to recharge and pay,reduce the flow;of people in the outpatient hall,and reduce the workload of window financial staff,through the construction of a mobile payment system,patients can recharge and pay through mobile phones,and improve the patient's medical experience.However,under the prepaid financial management model,mobile payment has a high incidence of unilateral accounts and cumbersome refund procedures.It can be further optimized,by adopting the pay-as-you-go financial management model.
