摘  要:海洋平台万吨级上部组块安装是海洋油气资源开发中极具挑战性的工作,单船浮托由于受到驳船吃水等因素的限制,已无法满足上部组块重量逐渐增大的需求,探讨并分析双船浮托安装的可行性,对海洋平台的发展具有重大意义。本文以“海洋石油225”号和“海洋石油226”号双船的物理模型为研究对象,对横浪作用下双船浮托安装进行了试验模拟,研究了就位待命阶段和进船对接阶段双船和上部组块的运动响应及桩腿对接单元的受力特性。研究发现由于遮蔽效应及中间水体晃荡作用的影响,横浪下迎浪侧驳船的横摇始终大于背浪侧;进船对接阶段会产生较大桩腿对接单元垂向和水平碰撞载荷。本文研究成果可为我国海上油田大型上部组块双船浮托安装的结构设计和优化提供必要的理论依据。At present,the installation the ten-thousand-tonnage topsides of the offshore platforms is still a challenge in the development of the offshore oil and gas.Due to the limitation of the barge draft and other factors,the single-barge float-over could not meet the requirements of the increasing weight of topsides any more.Therefore,discussing and analyzing the feasibility of twin-barge float-over installation is of great significance to the development of offshore platforms.In the study,the physical model of the two barges including HYSY 225 barge and HYSY 226 barge was taken as the study object to simulate the twin-barge float-over installation in beam waves.And the installation and the dynamic response of the twin-barge and the topsides in the standby and pre-mating stages,as well as the load-bearing characteristics of LMU(leg mating unit)were investigated.It is found through the study that the transverse sway of the windward barge in beam waves is always greater than that of the leeward barge due to the sheltering effect and the water body sloshing effect;and larger LMU vertical and horizontal collision loads will occur in the pre-mating phase.The study results of this paper can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the structure design and optimization of the twin-barge float-over installation of the mega topsides for the offshore oilfields of China.
