摘  要:海上输油漂浮软管是浮筒和油轮的连接通道,其在波流联合作用下的动力响应直接影响漂浮软管管组的安全。以某海域现役漂浮软管管组为研究对象,利用OrcaFlex软件建立由首管、主管和尾管组成的漂浮软管管组有限元模型,同时考虑法兰力学特性,分析不同波浪及海流参数下管组上各点的最大轴向拉力、最大弯矩和最大曲率值的变化规律,研究各参数变化对漂浮软管动力响应的影响。结果表明:法兰部分对漂浮软管的弯矩和曲率的影响较大,不能忽视该部分的影响;波浪入射角度的变化对漂浮软管最大轴向拉力、最大弯矩和最大曲率影响较大,当波浪入射角度为90°或270°附近时,漂浮软管的轴向拉力、弯矩和曲率达到最大值;有效波高和海流流速变化对整个管组上的最大轴向力、最大弯矩和最大曲率值有较大影响,但波浪周期对其影响较小。本文研究结果可为漂浮软管结构设计和管组布局方案设计提供参考。The floating hose for offshore oil transportation is the connecting channel between the buoy and the tanker,and its dynamic response under combined actions of wave and current directly affects the safety of floating hose group.Taking the floating hose group in service in a sea area as the research object,a finite element model of the floating hose group composed of the first hose,the main hose and the tail hose is established by using OrcaFlex software.At the same time,considering the flange mechanical characteristics,the variation laws of the maximum axial tension,the maximum bending moment and the maximum curvature of each point on the hose group under different wave and current parameters are analyzed,and the influence of various parameters on the dynamic response of the floating hose is studied.The results show that the flange has a great influence on the bending moment and curvature of the floating hose,which can not be ignored;the change of wave incidence angle has a great influence on the maximum axial tension,maximum bending moment and maximum curvature of the floating hose,and when the wave incidence angle is close to 90°or 270°,the axial tension,bending moment and curvature of the floating hose reach the maximum;Significant wave height and current velocity have great influence on the maximum axial tension,maximum bending moment and maximum curvature of the whole hose group,but wave period has little influence on them.The research results in this paper can provide reference for the structure design of offshore floating hose and the layout scheme of hose group.
