摘 要:本文设计了一个适用于本科教学的虚实结合物理实验。将四个不同阻值的金属膜电阻串联,包裹海绵保温材料。将电阻通电加热,利用NI CompactDAQ机箱和NI C系列热电偶模块设计多通道温度数据采集系统,测量四个电阻侧表面的温度随时间的变化关系。构建电阻加热的物理模型,利用COMSOL多物理场耦合软件的固体传热模块进行定量仿真,模拟结果与实验结果符合得很好。模拟和实验过程中均发现,当从初始温度(室温)开始加热时,经过约两分钟后,温度会趋向于平稳而不再上升,这与单实心圆柱体电阻模型的理论结果趋势相符合。但本文采用金属膜加热模型,更为接近真实电阻。In this paper,a virtual-actual combined physics experiment is designed for college physics experimental teaching.Four metal film resistors with different resistance values are connected in series,and wrapped by sponge,a kind of heat insulation material.When these resistors are electrified and heated,a multi-channel temperature data acquisition system designed by using a NI CompactDAQ chassis and a NI C series thermocouple module is used to record the surface temperatures of the four resistors vs heating time.A physical model of the resistor heating process is constructed,and the solid heat transfer module of COMSOL multi physical field coupling software is used for quantitative simulation.It is found that the results of experiment are well agreed with that of the simulation.The experiment data reveal that when heating from the initial temperature(room temperature),nearly two minutes later,the temperature approaches to the steady value and no longer rises,which is consistent with the theoretical results of the solid cylindrical resistor model obtained by us before,but the model in this paper is more similar to the real resistor.
