摘 要:以螺杆压缩机转子为研究对象,建立螺杆压缩机虚拟样机,将简化后的压缩机模型导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学分析,研究转子之间啮合力的影响因素。结果表明:阴、阳转子之间的转速符合传动比要求,并根据Hertz理论对啮合力进行了验算;转子之间的啮合力随阻尼系数的提高,啮合力幅值和波动明显提高;且负载的变化对啮合力影响微小,转速的增加会极大地提高啮合力;因此在保证转子正常工作和使用寿命的情况下,应选取合适的转速。Taking the screw compressor rotor as the research object,a virtual prototype of the screw compressor is established,and the simplified compressor model is imported into ADAMS software for kinematic analysis,and the influencing factors of the meshing force between the rotors are studied.The results show that the speed between the negative and positive rotors meets the transmission ratio requirements,and the meshing force is checked according to the Hertz theory;the meshing force between the rotors increases with the increase of the damping coefficient,and the amplitude and fluctuation of the meshing force are significantly increased;and the load is different.The change has little effect on the meshing force,and the increase of the speed will greatly increase the meshing force;therefore,in the case of ensuring the normal operation and service life of the rotor,an appropriate speed should be selected.
