摘　　要：目的:探索性研究手术前后血液样本中miR-873表达水平对于食管癌患者的预后价值与生存预后的相关性。方法:该回顾性预后研究收集了茂名市人民医院从2018年4月至2019年4月行手术治疗的36例食管癌患者临床资料及血液样本,根据预后情况将患者分为转移复发组(10例)及无转移复发组(26例),对两组患者手术前及术后一年血液miR-873表达水平进行对比,通过Spearman相关性分析法对miR-873表达水平与食管癌患者预后的相关性进行检验。结果:两组患者的术前miR-873表达水平之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年与术前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),转移复发组与无转移复发组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果提示:miR-873表达水平与食管癌患者预后呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:miR-873表达水平越高,食管癌患者预后越好,通过对其表达水平测定有助于评估患者预后。Objective:To assess the prognostic value of the expression level of miR-873 for patients with esophageal cancer in pre-and post-operative blood sample.Methods:This was a retrospective,prognostic study from April2018,to April 2019 in Maoming People.s Hospital.Patients(N=36)with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were included and divided into the metastasis and recurrence group(N=10)and non-metastatic recurrence group(N=26).Spearman correlation analysis method was used to verify the correlation between the expression levels of miR-873 in pre-and 1 year post-operative blood sample and the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the expression level of miR-873 between two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between 1 year after surgery and before surgery.Compared with the non-metastasis and recurrence group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis also showed that the expression level of miR-873 was positively correlated with the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of miR-873 might be used as a potential predictor of metastasis and recurrence and instill an added prognostic value into the clinical decision for the optimal intervention benefit.
