摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生在临床实习中期对护患沟通的心理体验。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,对临床实习中期的14名护理本科生进行深入访谈,运用质性研究的内容分析法对护理本科生护患沟通的体验进行分析。结果提炼出5个主题:护患沟通时的自信心逐渐增强、从有效的护患沟通中体验成就感、无力与患者进行情感性沟通的内疚感、在护患沟通中体验彼此的包容和理解、带教教师的支持增加护患沟通时的安全感。结论临床实习中期护理本科生体验到护患沟通时更强的自信心和成就感,且同理心处于不断发展中,但是与患者进行深层次情感性沟通时仍然存在困难,临床带教教师需进一步培养其护患沟通能力。Objective To explore the experience of nurse-patient communication in the mid-stage clinical practice of nursing undergraduates.Methods The qualitative description method was used to explore the experience of nurse-patient communication of 14 undergraduate nursing students in the mid-stage clinical practice.Results Five themes were extracted,including gradually increased confidence,experiencing a sense of accomplishment in effective nurse-patient communication,guilt of inability to communicate emotionally with patients,experiencing tolerance and understanding in nurse-patient communication,and support from clinical teachers to increase the sense of security in nurse-patient communication.Conclusion Nursing undergraduates in the mid-stage clinical practice experience greater confidence and sense of accomplishment in nurse-patient communication,and empathy is in its continuous development.However,they still have difficulties in deep-level emotional communication with patients.Clinical instructors need to further develop their nurse-patient communication ability.
