Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum trace element levels and the incidence and severity of childhood hyperactivity syndrome.Method:Selected 162 children with hyperactivity syndrome diagnosed and treated in Zhoukou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects, and compared the serum trace element zinc, copper, iron, and lead content with healthy children during physical examination during the same period, and analyzed the correlation Sex.Results:The average content of elemental zinc and iron in the hyperactivity group was lower than that of healthy children, the blood copper content was slightly lower than that of healthy children, and the blood lead was higher than that of healthy children. After analysis of variance, the differences in serum trace element levels in children with mild, moderate and severe ADHD were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of blood zinc, blood iron and blood lead are related to the prevalence of children with ADHD.There is no obvious relationship between blood copper content and illness and degree of illness. In the treatment of children’s hyperactivity syndrome, serum trace element levels should be detected in time, and targeted corrections should be made.
