摘　　要：关注科技型企业中长期激励的政策法规、总结各激励方式的实施路径,结合实际情况,提出应对建议。阐述不同阶段企业可能的激励模式与具体的实施路径,从而促进企业科技成果的转化。Focusing on the long-term incentive policies and regulations of science and technology enterprises,this paper summarizes the implementation path of various incentive methods,and puts forward corresponding suggestions combined with the actual situation.It expounds the possible incentive modes and specific implementation paths of enterprises in different stages,so as to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises.
