摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用氨基酸作为形貌调控剂,合成球状和无规则立方状二氧化钛(TiO_(2))颗粒,利用正交实验详细研究乙醇和水的体积比、氨基酸类别、氨基酸水溶液滴加速度和煅烧温度对TiO_(2)粒径和形貌的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对得到的TiO_(2)进行晶体类型和颗粒形貌表征。结果表明,改变正交表中的四个因素(醇水比、氨基酸类别、氨基酸水溶液滴加速度和煅烧温度),TiO_(2)的粒径、晶型(锐钛矿型和金红石型)和形貌(球状和无规立方状)均不断变化。四个因素对TiO_(2)的粒径影响程度由大到小顺序为煅烧温度、醇水比、氨基酸类型、氨基酸水溶液的滴加速度,且小粒径TiO_(2)最优方案确定为煅烧温度500℃、醇水比1:1、氨基酸类型L-丝氨酸、氨基酸水溶液的滴加速度0.5 mL/min。A series of spherical and irregular cubic titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))particles were successfully synthesized with tetrabutyl titanate as a reactant and amino acid as morphologic adjust agent.The effects of the volume ratio of ethanol to water,amino acid species,the addition rate of amino acid aqueous solution and calcination temperature on the particle size and morphology of TiO_(2) particles were studied in detail by orthogonal experiments.The crystal structures and particle morphologies of obtained TiO_(2) particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).The results show that the particle size,crystal type(anatase or rutile)and morphologies(spherical or irregular cubic)of TiO_(2) particles change with the volume ratio of ethanol to water,amino acid species,the addition rate of amino acid aqueous solution and calcination temperature.Factors that influence particle size and morphology from major to minor were in the order of calcination temperature,the volume ratio of ethanol to water,amino acid species,the addition rate of amino acid aqueous solution,respectively.Based on orthogonal experiments results,the optimal strategy for TiO_(2) with small particle size was used as follows,calcination temperature of 500℃,L-serine as morphologic adjust agents,the volume ratio of ethanol to water is 1:1 and the addition rate of amino acid aqueous solution is 0.5 mL/min.
