摘 要:针对目前某些电子产品采用流水线手工作业的现状,提出一种基于人机协作的小零件电子产品的装配模式,研究传统的电子产品装配模式及装配工艺,详细分析研究所提出的新型装配模式。以某公司的电动充气泵装配线为例,阐述了改造前后的具体装配线工艺,并从人力资源成本和装配线平衡两方面对改造前后的装配生产线进行分析比较。结果表明:在对重要工位使用自动化设备后,该条装配线员工人数减少5人,产量提高了40%,人力资源成本显著下降,装配生产线的平衡率可提高18.53%,由此可见所提出的装配模式是合理可行的。In view of the present situation of some electronic products using assembly line manual operation,an assembly mode of small parts electronic products based on man-machine cooperation was proposed,traditional electronic product assembly mode and assembly process were studied,the new assembly mode was analyzed and researched.Taking a company′s electric air pump assembly line as an example,the specific assembly line process before and after the transformation was expounded,and from two aspects of human resource cost and assembly line balance,the assembly line before and after the transformation was analyzed and compared.The results show that after the use of automation equipment at important stations,the number of employees in the assembly line is reduced by 5,the output is increased by 40%,the cost of human resources is significantly reduced,and the balance rate of the assembly line is increased by 18.53%,thus it can be seen that the proposed assembly mode is reasonable and feasible.
