摘  要:磁控管是医用电子直线加速器的重要组成部分,其工作状态的好坏直接影响了电子直线加速器输出束流的品质。采用改良的Marx发生器为主电路设计了一款磁控管加速极脉冲电源,主要包括脉冲充电电路及驱动和脉冲发生电路Marx及驱动。对脉冲充电电路及驱动进行了说明,对Marx主电路进行了原理分析和硬件计算,在Pspice软件下进行了电路仿真。实验数据表明,该电源系统设计合理,最大输出电压幅值10 kV,输出峰值电流1 A,重复频率250 Hz,脉冲宽度6μs。Magnetron is an important part of medical electron linac,and its working state directly affects the quality of electron linac output beam.A magnetron accelerating pole pulse power supply was designed with improved Marx generator as the main circuit,which mainly included pulse charging circuit and driving circuit,and pulse generating circuit Marx and driving circuit.The pulse charging circuit and driver were described.The principle analysis and hardware calculation of Marx main circuit were carried out.The circuit simulation was carried out under PSPICE software.The experimental data show that the design of the power supply system is reasonable,the maximum output voltage amplitude is 10 kV,the output peak current is 1 A,the repetition rate is 250 Hz,and the pulse width is 6μs.
