摘 要:通过对以往压路机的使用情况进行调查,对压路机的洒水系统进行了优化设计研究。采用恒压自动间歇洒水的控制方式,STC12系列单片机为控制核心器件,通过C语言编制交替洒水程序来实现控制过程,其挡位及时间参数可根据实际需要调整,从而满足作业适应性需要。经现场使用验证,该产品较同类功能产品可靠性更高、成本更低、施工效果好、无黏连现象,避免了沥青蒸发对环境造成的污染。Based on the investigation of the usage of the roller in the past,the optimal design of the sprinkler system of the roller was studied.The control mode of constant pressure automatic intermittent sprinkling was adopted.The STC12 series single chip microcomputer was used as the control core device.The alternate sprinkling program was programmed by C language to realize the control process.The gear and time parameters can be adjusted according to the actual needs,so as to meet the needs of operation adaptability.The field application shows that the product has higher reliability,lower cost,better construction effect and no bonding phenomenon than the similar functional products,avoiding the environmental pollution caused by asphalt evaporation.
