摘  要:在自动化系统中,经常会遇到主控器与第三方设备的数据交互采用何种通信协议单位问题,由于第三方设备的供应商不一致,所提供的通信硬件接口及协议也各有不同,这就要求主控器具备很好的通信接口及协议兼容能力。通信协议宏是OMRON公司开发的一种串行通信方式,可应用于PLC与各具有RS232或RS422/485硬件接口设备的通信,目前主流智能仪表及执行控制器都具备此协议硬件接口。该通信宏在实际应用中实现了智能信息交互,不仅节省了自动化系统现场布线时间,同时在数据传输效率、稳定性及编程上具备一定优势。In the automation system,the problem of which communication protocol unit is used for the data interaction between the master controller and the third-party equipment is often encountered.Due to the different suppliers of the third-party equipment,the communication hardware interfaces and protocols provided by the third-party equipment are also different,which requires the master control device to have good communication interface and protocol compatibility.Communication protocol macro is a kind of serial communication mode developed by OMRON company.It can be applied to the communication between PLC and devices with RS232 or RS422/485 hardware interface.At present,the mainstream intelligent instruments and executive controllers all have this protocol hardware interface.The communication macro described realizes the intelligent information interaction in practical application,which not only saves the field wiring time of the automation system,but also saves the field wiring time of the automation system according to the transmission efficiency,stability,and programming has a certain advantage.
