摘  要:随着科技的进步,智能时代不断延伸到各行各业,伺服马达性能检测设备由于分段化,造成测试效率低下及人工成本较高。从降低成本及提升效率方面,运用现阶段先进工业技术,通过专用检测软件对伺服马达性能进行全自动化检测,综合运用把检测设备阻抗计、耐压计、感抗计统一兼容合并化,解决了因人工不足导致产能减少及人员频繁交换导致产品品质发生隐患等问题,减少企业投入运营成本,提升了产品品质。With the progress of science and technology,the intelligent age has been extended to all walks of life.The performance testing equipment of servo motor is segmented,resulting in low testing efficiency and high labor cost.From the aspects of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,using the present advanced industrial technology,through the special test software of servo motor performance fully automated testing,the integrated use of the testing equipment impedance meter,pressure meter,impedance meter unified compatible merger,solved the lack of artificial leads to reduced capacity and personnel exchange frequently lead to product quality problems hidden trouble,reduce enterprise operating costs,improve the quality of the product.
