师范类专业认证背景下高职高专英语教育专业人才培养方案优化设计

摘  要:在贯彻执行师范类专业认证中,以丽江师范高等专科学校英语教育专业人才培养方案修订为例,从培养目标定位、毕业要求设定、课程设置方面优化人才培养方案设计,形成课程设置、毕业要求、培养目标的层层支撑关系和各部分有机衔接的人才培养方案,重点是突出师范性、实践性、专业特色方面调整课程结构,使课程设置能支持毕业要求和培养目标,最终提高英语教育专业人才培养质量。During the implementation of teacher-training professional accreditation,this study,taking the revised plan of the cultivation of English education majors in Lijiang Teachers College as a case,explores the optimized plan of talent cultivation,arranging from cultivation goal,graduation requirement to curriculum design,whichconnect andsupport each other.Emphasis has been placed on the improvements of teacher education,practice teaching and major characteristics so that curriculum design can well support graduation requirement and cultivation goal and eventually improve the quality of talent cultivation of English education major.
