摘 要:CMM2-20型煤矿用全液压锚杆锚索钻车因其具备工作压力高、动力头输出扭矩大和回转速度无级可调等优点,被广泛应用于煤矿井下开采工作面中。但其钻架的可靠性一直是其工作中的薄弱环节。通过对CMM2-20型煤矿用全液压锚杆钻车的钻架进行进行静力学有限元分析,找到钻架在推进行程中应力集中最严重的位置,和相应的应力值大小,为CMM2-20型煤矿用全液压锚杆钻车的安全使用提供理论基础。CMM2-20 type full hydraulic anchor drill car for coal mine is widely used because of its high working pressure, large output torque of the power head, and stepless adjustment of the slewing speed. But the reliability of its rig has always been a weak link in its work. Through the statics finite element analysis of the drill frame of CMM2-20 type full hydraulic anchor drill car, the most serious stress concentration position and the corresponding stress value are found out, which provides the theoretical basis for the safe use of CMM2-20 type full hydraulic anchor drill car.
