摘　　要：高校教务工作是高校日常工作的核心,党建引领高校教务处工作,是推进高校教学和基层党建工作的重要抓手,将有效促使党员教师牢记初心使命,并将其内化于教学课堂,从而促进党的建设的可持续发展。韶关学院教务处党支部从教务工作所特有的一大体系、三大模式、四个聚焦、五大建设四个方面深入推进地方高校教务工作,探索党建工作在地方高校教务工作中的引领作用,为加强地方高校教务处党支部建设提供了新的思路。Teaching affairs in colleges and universities are the core of daily work in colleges and universities.The guidance of party building in the Academic Affairs Office of colleges and universities is an important starting point for promoting college teaching and grass-roots party building.It will effectively urge teachers who are party members to keep their original mission in mind and internalize it in the teaching classroom,so as to promote the sustainable development of the Party.Taking the Academic Affairs Office party branch of Shaoguan University as an example,since there is a system,three models,four focuses and five constructions in the educational administration work,this paper explores the leading role of party building in the educational administration work of local colleges and universities,which provides new reference and ideas for strengthening the construction of party branches of the academic affairs office of local colleges and universities.
